Senior Crafters - This is for You!
Just in case you're not aware of it - that 1950's profile pic of the cute little kid with the fashionable hat is really me! That being said, I'd like all you senior crafters to take a peak at my brand new blog, Years Don't Count. Writing this blog helps to keep me focused on what I have to do to stay young. Perhaps it will also inspire you to join me in my commitment of living life to the fullest in the next half-century.

Have You Checked Out ARTFIRE?

It's the newest selling site for handcrafted and vintage items. I think that this site is going to give Etsy some formidable competition in the future. I've joined Artfire under the studio name of VintageIntent, where I'll be offering vintage inspired cards, crafts, supplies and treasures. I'm not going to go into all the details about joining the site, as most of you have probably already been informed elsewhere. If not, you can read all about it at On Fire for ArtFire (or Not!) over at The Card Chronicles.
One exciting aspect of Artfire is the community of artisan guilds. I'm happy to announce that I am the guildmaster for A Passion for Paper, presently the only guild for paper crafters. We currently have 20 members whose talents include card making, scrapbooking, bookbinding and lots more. To join the guild you must be a verified (paying account) member of Artfire. But anyone can take a look at our gallery to see samples of our work.
If you have already joined ArtFire, good for you! If not, take a look at what they have to offer. You could be getting in on the ground floor of a fantastic selling venue.
